Apparel & Hat Patches
Branded tees, long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, tanks and youth apparel, mainly sourced through Jiffy. Choose white toner, sublimation, DTF or screen printing to suit your design. We also engrave genuine leather and leatherette hat patches in custom shapes. Printed apparel: 6 pieces per design. Screen printing: 24, by quote.
Apparel Printing Options
Choose your apparel and we’ll help match the printing method to your design. Have completed artwork? There is no artwork design fee. Unsure what you’d like? We can help design your artwork for $25, including 2 revisions. For bulk orders of 25–50 pieces, artwork design may be included at our discretion.
Printed apparel: 6 pieces per design. Mix sizes and colors. Screen printing: 24 pieces per design, by quote. Most custom projects take 1–2 weeks; contact us before ordering if you need it sooner.
White Toner Transfers
Full-color heat transfers for detailed logos, photos and smaller custom runs. Works on suitable light or dark cotton, polyester and blends, depending on transfer media.
Sublimation
Color becomes part of polyester fabric with virtually no added texture. Best for white or light-colored polyester apparel. Traditional sublimation is not suitable for ordinary cotton or dark garments.
DTF — Direct to Film
Full-color artwork is heat applied from film to cotton, polyester or blends. Great for detailed designs on light or dark tees and hoodies. Large solid prints have a more substantial feel.
Screen Printing
A separate screen is used for each ink color. Best for bulk team, crew and event orders with the same artwork. Simple designs with fewer colors are usually most economical.
