How custom orders work
1 Share your idea
Send your idea, artwork, item, quantity and needed-by date.
2 Review your quote
We confirm materials, pricing, timing and your design before production.
3 Approve your design
Once approved, we make your order for pickup or shipping. Most custom work takes 1–2 weeks; contact us first if you need it sooner.
Common Questions
Can you engrave an item I already own?
Send a photo and the material details. We’ll review the item and confirm whether it is suitable before you bring it in.
Is there a minimum order?
Custom engraving has no quantity minimum; a $25 engraving minimum applies. Printed apparel requires at least 6 pieces per design, and screen printing requires at least 24 pieces per design.
What artwork should I send?
Upload your clearest logo or design with your quote request. PDF or SVG files are helpful; clear images and a written idea are welcome too. Have completed artwork? There is no artwork design fee. Unsure what you’d like? We can help design your artwork for $25, including 2 revisions. For bulk orders of 25–50 pieces, artwork design may be included at our discretion.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders take 1–2 weeks, depending on the item, quantity, artwork and current workload. Include your needed-by date so we can confirm availability with your quote.
Can you ship my order?
Metal disc golf minis ship free. Other products ship free on orders of $99 or more; otherwise shipping is $7.99. Custom project shipping is confirmed with your quote. Local pickup is available Tuesday–Thursday, 8 AM–12 PM, or by appointment outside these hours.
