How information is shared
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix and other providers help us deliver website hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, file uploads, communications, analytics, shipping, and other business functions. These providers receive information needed for the services they perform. For example, delivery providers receive shipping details, and payment providers process payment information. Wix's privacy policy is available at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
If you interact with us through Facebook, Instagram, Google, eBay, or another third-party platform, that platform also handles information under its own privacy policy. Product catalog connections may send product details, prices, images, availability, and product links to the connected platform. Where analytics or advertising integrations are enabled, those services may receive device identifiers, website activity, and related technical information, subject to applicable consent requirements and settings.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies and similar technologies can support essential site functions such as security, shopping carts, and checkout, as well as preferences, analytics, and advertising where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie or privacy controls displayed on the site. Blocking cookies may affect site features. Choices may need to be made separately on each browser or device. Third-party services may offer additional privacy and advertising controls.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including completing projects, customer support, business records, resolving disputes, and legal or tax requirements. Retention depends on the information and purpose. We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process or store information in countries other than your own, including the United States and other locations where they operate.
