Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, printed, or produced specifically for each customer, our return policy is different from a traditional retail store.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes items with custom names, logos, artwork, text, sizing, colors, or other customer-requested modifications.

If 928 Laser makes an error in production, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Artwork & Proof Approval

When an artwork proof or design approval is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all details before approving production.

Please carefully check:

• Spelling

• Names and dates

• Phone numbers

• Logos and artwork

• Product size and placement

• Colors and design layout

Once artwork has been approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Errors that appear exactly as approved on the customer’s proof are generally not eligible for a refund or free replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

If the issue was caused by 928 Laser, we may repair, remake, replace, or refund the affected item depending on the situation.

Non-Custom Products

Unused, non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by 928 Laser.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Customer-Supplied Items

We accept certain customer-supplied items for engraving, printing, or customization.

Although we take reasonable precautions, working with customer-supplied products involves some risk. Material inconsistencies, coatings, finishes, hidden defects, or unexpected reactions to engraving or heat may affect the finished product.

928 Laser is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items unless damage was caused by clear negligence on our part.

For valuable or irreplaceable items, please discuss the project with us before production.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once design work, engraving, printing, cutting, fabrication, or other production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Any completed design or setup work may be deducted from a refund.

Color & Material Variations

Colors, wood grain, stone texture, leatherette, metal finishes, acrylic, and other materials may vary slightly from product photos or samples.

Computer and phone screens can also display colors differently.

Minor variations that are normal for the material or production process are not considered defects.

Unsure what you would like? We can help design your artwork for $25, including 2 revisions. For bulk orders of 25–50 pieces, artwork design may be included at our discretion. We confirm any design fee with your quote before starting.
