Returns & Refunds

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

Please review all names, dates, spelling, artwork, sizes, colors, and other order details carefully before approving your order. Once a design or proof is approved, 928 Laser is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved artwork.

If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order information. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or remake the item.

Non-Custom Orders

Unused, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, discontinued products, custom orders, personalized products, and products that have been altered or used are final sale.

Shipping Information

We ship custom orders throughout the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of your order.

Most orders are carefully packaged to help protect your custom products during transit. Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships.

Because many of our products are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and turnaround.
